Agreement and jurisdiction
Agreement is entered into on the date of booking between the stylist here after referred to as the stylist and the client here after referred to as the client.
Services to be provided.
The stylist will conduct a hair loss, hair extension or hairdressing consultation and installation tailored to the client specific needs in brackets referred to as Services.
Compensation
The client agrees to pay the stylist for the hair extension installation. The cost of the hair extensions is an additional expense and pricing for this will be discussed during a consultation. The client is responsible for covering the expenses associated with the chosen Hair. Upon signing the agreement in the booking form the client will provide the stylists with a one time deposit of the amount specified at the time. The stylists may choose to withhold services until the deposit is received. Payment structure the client hereby commits to pay in the remaining balance for the services and the cost of the extension Hair upon the completion of the service.
Warranty
The stylist warrants that the service provided will meet or exceeded industry standards clients have seven days from the date of service to contact the stylist with any concerns. It is important to note that the stylist does not provide a warranty for the Hair purchase from the sources other than the stylist. Any concerns related to the Hair purchased elsewhere or not the stylist responsibility including issues like damage or fading.
Acknowledgements
The client acknowledges the following understanding in the Hair extension warranty applies only if the hair extensions are properly cared for and following the stylist guidelines provided during the appointment or written in the form. Taking full responsibility for paying for hair extension separately from the service cost. Accepting that the hair extensions do not perfectly match the clients hair natural hair they may need to be coloured or toned or cut accordingly with anybody with short hair. They must realise that they will have to have their hair layered for the extensions to Blend in the Hair. Acknowledging that once the hair is purchased and opened, there will be no refund or exchanges for new hair or a different colour. Agreeing that the colour method and length chosen for installation are the clients choice regardless of the stylist recommendation understanding that the recommended maintenance period is 6 to 8 weeks between appointments and installation beyond this time are not recommended. Being aware that there is a charge of a £50 per hour will apply when removing extensions.. An additional £40 will be charged formatting. Recognise that this issue with extension install occurs after two weeks are considered regular maintenance and will not be covered by the stylist at the salon. Understanding that blending is required for all extension installs acknowledging that the scalp in the head may be sensitive especially during the initial days after installation which can last up to a week or more. This is considered normal and attended tenderness should gradually diminish. Recognise in the hair extensions may contain beads with metal aluminium and silicone linings and tape may contain latex. The client is responsible for informing the stylists of any allergies or illnesses before installation. Refund policy
In the event that a client is not satisfied with the service the stylist agrees to address any issues within seven days of the Hair extension installation after this grace period no refunds will be provided from the service and additional charges may apply for any services required.
Timing
Timing the client acknowledges and agrees that the time required for hair extensions installation may vary depend on the chosen method and technique. The stylist does not guarantee a pacific completion timeframe. Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments when they have no time constraints.
Cancellation policies
In order to ensure the provision of high-quality care within the reasonable timeframe we have implemented an appointment and cancellation policy as appointments are in high demand cancelling your appointment in advance allows us to offer the timeslot to another individual seeking timely care. This policy helps us optimise our appointment availability for all clients. During the appointment of booking process you will be required to make a 50% deposit which will be applied as a credit to watch Your scheduled appointment. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel and reschedule your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, please notify us 72 hours for hair loss and hair extension Services.
